SYMPTOMS
When a clipping region is selected into a device context and a
metafile is played into that device context with PlayMetaFile, the
clipping region shifts.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. To work around this problem, call SelectClipRgn immediately
after PlayMetaFile. SelectClipRgn will reset the proper clipping
region in the device context.
This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
