SYMPTOMS
RTF text authored for the Windows Help Compiler version 3.0 in the
Symbol font is displayed by Windows Help in the TmsRmn font.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. To use a symbol in the Help file, create a bitmap containing
the appropriate symbol and refer to the bitmap in the help file RTF
text. For more information on using bitmaps in help files, see page
17-14 of the "Windows Software Development Kit Tools" manual for
version 3.0.
This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
