SYMPTOMS
The bcp_init() routine returns FAIL after receiving a SQL Server
error.
CAUSE
The bcp_done() call does not perform the proper cleanup after a SQL
Server error is encountered during a previous BCP operation.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server version
1.1. This problem has been corrected in SQL Server version 1.11,
which can be obtained from your primary support provider.
