SYMPTOMS
On a system that uses the EGAHWBW.DRV or EGAMONO.DRV driver, when a
bitmap larger than 64K is copied from the clipboard, the
application experiences an unrecoverable application error (UAE).
CAUSE
Each driver is using an uninitialized variable in a calculation.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
