Summary:
The Microsoft CodeView debugger does not support the debugging of
bound applications in real-mode in versions prior to 3.0. However,
protect-mode CodeView (CVP) will allow you to debug such applications
under OS/2.
Beginning with CodeView version 3.0, bound applications may be
debugged with real-mode CodeView under DOS or in the DOS compatibility
box of OS/2.
