be generated by OS/2 if you do not have the statement IOPL=YES in your
CONFIG.SYS file:
SYS0197 OS/2 not configured to run this application
The OS/2 help for 0197 states that the program that you attempted to
run requires input/output privilege. This capability is enabled with
the IOPL=YES statement.
