SYMPTOMS
The EM_SETWORDBREAK message is documented in the "Microsoft Windows
Software Development Kit Reference Volume 1" for version 3.0; however,
this message is not implemented in Windows 3.0.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version
3.0. Windows 3.1 implements the EM_SETWORDBREAKPROC message, which
provides a more efficient interface through which Windows can
provide word break information.
