Using a Programming Language

The Multimedia Development Kit includes a complete set of functions for building Windows-based multimedia applications. Developing a multimedia title through this approach offers the most flexibility in the design of a title; it also requires the highest level of technical skill.

Should you decide to go this route, obtain the services of experienced Windows programmers. The prerequisite experience for this would be a working knowledge of both the C programming language, and the Windows development environment.
