Viewer offers a powerful indexing capability that displays author-defined key-words in a title, and lets you jump to the topic(s) associated with a certain keyword.
·To activate the Index command:
1.Choose the Index button at the top of the Viewer window.
The Index dialog box appears.
2.You can scroll through the list of keywords. Choose a keyword by typing it in the edit box. Notice that as you type the letters of a keyword in the edit box, the keyword matching the typed letters appears in the list box. If you prefer, you can select a keyword from the list box.
3.After you've selected a keyword, choose the Show Topics button. A list of topics associated with that keyword appear in the lower list box, as shown in the following illustration:
4.Select the topic you want and choose the Go To button to jump to the selected topic (you can also make the jump by double-clicking the topic).
