In addition to whatever files you have created for your application, you must distribute OLECLI.DLL and OLESVR.DLL with any OLE application.
Note These files are included with Microsoft Windows, version 3.1 However version 1.0 of OLE will also work with Microsoft Windows, version 3.0.
