File Menu Commands

	The commands on the File menu open files, close files, save files, and exit the program.
	New	Creates a new prototype file
	Open	Loads an existing prototype file
	Save	Saves the current prototype file
	Save As	Saves the current prototype file under a new name
	Exit	Exits QuickCase:W
