The cursor “hotspot” is the specific pixel in the cursor that is considered to be the mouse “position.” For example, the arrow cursor has the tip of the arrow as its hotspot.
·To define a cursor's hotspot:
1.From the Hotspot menu, choose the Set Hotspot command.
The cursor changes to a bullseye and a new window shows the cursor coordinates.
2.Click the left mouse button to define the hotspot.
The cursor returns to its previous shape and the coordinates in the window show the hotspot location.
NOTE:
Clicking the bullseye cursor outside the work area disables the Set Hotspot command.
As long as the small window displays the hotspot coordinates, a check appears next to the Show Hotspot command on the Hotspot menu. The command is a toggle; repeatedly selecting Show Hotspot opens and closes the coordinates window.
