BLOWUP2: Captures a Screen Image to the Clipboard

BLOWUP2 lets you use the mouse to block out any rectangular area of the screen. It then copies the contents of that rectangular area to a bitmap in a memory device context, and transfers the bitmap to the Clipboard.

BLOWUP2 is a companion application for “Programming Windows” by Charles Petzold. The source code for this application has not been modified or tested by Microsoft Corporation.
