POORMENU: Adds Menu Items to the Control Menu

POORMENU adds a separator bar and three commands to the Control menu. The last command in the menu removes the additions.

POORMENU is a companion application for "Programming Windows" by Charles Petzold. The source code for this application has not been modified or tested by Microsoft Corporation.
