DIALOG EDITOR: Designs and Tests a Dialog Box on the Screen

The Dialog Editor (DLGEDIT.EXE) is a tool that lets you design and test a dialog box on the screen instead of defining dialog statements in a resource script. Using the Dialog Editor, you can add, modify, and delete controls in a dialog box. The Dialog Editor saves your changes as resource script statements. You can compile these statements into a binary resource file linked to your application's executable file.

For more information, see the DLGEDIT.HLP Help file.

The Dialog Editor was built and tested under Microsoft(R) Windows(TM) version 3.1.
