MIDIKEYB: Demonstrates the midiKeyB Control

MIDIKEYB is designed to show how to use midiKeyB, which is a custom control that implements a musical instrument digital interface (MIDI)-style keyboard. This keyboard is not exactly the best keyboard for a jam session; don't expect to hit a bunch of hemidemisemiquavers at correct tempo.

The midiKeyB control responds to and sends short MIDI messages. The right mouse button is used for "sticky keys" and toggles the state appropriately.
