You use the Windows resource editors to create application resources such as cursors, icons, font files, and bitmaps. You must then list these resources in the application's resource-definition file. The resource editors are included in the Microsoft Windows 3.1 Software Development Kit (SDK) and are as follows:
Microsoft Image Editor (IMAGEDIT.EXE), which creates icons, cursors, and bitmaps.
Microsoft Windows Font Editor (FONTEDIT.EXE), which creates font files.
