The mmsystemGetVersion function returns the current version number of the Multimedia extensions system software.

Parameters

This function has no parameters.

Return Value

The return value specifies the major and minor version numbers of the Multimedia extensions. The high-order byte specifies the major version number. The low-order byte specifies the minor version number.
