A DDE client callback function receives this transaction after establishing an advise loop with a server. This transaction informs the client that the value of the data item has changed.

hConv
Identifies the conversation.
hsz1
Identifies the topic name.
hsz2
Identifies the item name.
hData
Identifies the data associated with the topic/item pair. This parameter is NULL if the client specified the XTYPF_NODATA flag when it requested the advise loop.
dwData1

dwData2

A DDE callback function should return DDE_FACK if it processes this transaction, DDE_FBUSY if it is too busy to process this transaction, or DDE_FNOTPROCESSED if it rejects this transaction.
An application need not free the data handle obtained during this transaction. An application must, however, copy the data associated with the data handle if the application needs to process the data after the callback function returns. An application can use the DdeGetData function to copy the data.
