The IDccManSink::OnLogInactive method indicates a disconnection (or disconnected state) between the desktop PC and the Windows CE device.
Note This method is called only for a client application running under Windows 95; it is not called if the client is running under Windows NT.

The IDccManSink::OnLogInactive method is implemented by a client application and is called to indicate that the Windows CE connection manager has initiated a disconnection between the desktop PC and the Windows CE device.
