The Track Message tool is part of the Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator program. You can use it to debug applications that track the flow of messages. This utility determines the origin and destination of messages as they are processed by your application. To open the Track Message utility, select the Track Message option from the Tools menu in the Administrator program.
