You can use the sample gateway to send messages back and forth between two servers using a shared filesystem as the underlying transport mechanism. The gateway receives inbound messages as files. The gateway creates messages from the information in the files and submits them. The gateway receives outbound messages in its MTS-OUT folder, and converts them into files for output. The sample gateway performs message translation and transfer functions, and generates notification messages as requested.
