GetCurrentPositionEx

The GetCurrentPositionEx function retrieves the current position in logical coordinates.

BOOL GetCurrentPositionEx(
  HDC hdc,  // handle of device context
  LPPOINT lpPoint 
            // address of structure receiving current position
);
 

Parameters

hdc

Handle to the device context.

lpPoint

Pointer to a POINT structure that receives the coordinates of the current position.

Return Values

If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.

If the function fails, the return value is zero.

Windows NT: To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
