The following list contains possible return values for the Information Delivery API.

INET_E_AGENT_CACHE_SIZE_EXCEEDED
Maximum cache limit has been reached.
INET_E_AGENT_CONNECTION_FAILED
Failed to connect to the Internet.
INET_E_AGENT_MAX_SIZE_EXCEEDED
Subscription size limit has been reached.
INET_S_AGENT_PART_FAIL
Agent has completed the operation after encountering a few errors.
