IHTMLInputFileElement::get_disabled
HRESULT get_disabled( VARIANT_BOOL *p );Determines whether the INPUT file control is enabled or disabled.
- Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

- Address of a variable that receives TRUE if the control is disabled, or FALSE otherwise.
The default value for this property is FALSE.
