This identifier specifies a default footer that, if the identifier MD_FOOTER_ENABLED is set to TRUE, will be appended to all HTML documents requested from the object. The value can contain the actual text of the footer, or the value can specify the file name of a text or HTML file to be used as the default footer. The format of the string is STRING:FooterText to specify the text of the default footer directly, or FILE:Filename to specify the name of a footer document.
