This property indicates whether the filter has registered as medium priority. When a notification occurs, if the filter has registered for that notification, medium priority filters are processed after high priority filters, but before low priority filters. If other filters have also registered as low priority, then the filters will be processed in the order they appear in the FilterLoadOrder property.
