This property indicates whether the filter has registered as high priority. When a notification occurs, if the filter has registered for that notification, high priority filters are processed first. If other filters have also registered as high priority, then the filters will be processed in the order they appear in the FilterLoadOrder property.
This property is one of the flags contained in the FilterFlags property, and should be considered read-only.
