Recipient Properties for Delivery Status Reports

The following properties are present for delivery status reports for recipients. PR_DELIVER_TIME is not used on nondelivery reports. PR_NDR_DIAG_CODE and PR_NDR_REASON_CODE are used only on nondelivery reports.
