Twisted-pair Ethernet connection, commonly used for wiring desktops to Ethernet hubs and switches to reduce costs.

100Base-T

Proposed standard for a 100 megabit per second LAN. 100Base-T would be completely compatible with the 10 Mbps 10Base-T, but would be 10 times as fast.
