The LaunchConditions action evaluates the set of conditions that must be satisfied for the installation to proceed. If any of these conditions fail, then an error message is displayed to the user and the installation is terminated.

Only properties contained within the condition expressions.
The LaunchConditions action is optional but, if present, should be the first action. If some of the conditions do not apply to all modes, the appropriate property should be included in the expression.
