Important

• Either the Name or Number attribute is used with the StartMarker element, but not both.
• A StartMarker element in a Ref element (where Ref is the parent element) takes precedence over a StartMarker in the Entry element encompassing that Ref element (where the Entry element is the parent of the Ref element).
• A StartMarker element takes precedence over a StartTime element.
