The CreateFileAccess method creates an ISCardFileAccess interface.

The possible return values are the following:

| S_OK | Operation completed successfully. |
| E_INVALIDARG | ppISCardFileAccess is invalid. |
| E_POINTER | A bad pointer was passed in ppISCardFileAccess. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
