The CreateAuth method creates an ISCardAuth interface.

The possible return values are the following:

| E_INVALIDARG | ppISCardAuth is invalid. |
| E_POINTER | A bad pointer was passed in ppISCardAuth. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
