The Detach method releases the attachment to a particular smart card or reader allocated by AttachByHandle and AttachByIFD respectively.

To attach a smart card call AttachByHandle or AttachByIFD.
To reconnect with the smart card without calling Detach and AttachByHandle, call Reconnect.
