Setting Scalars for a New Workstation Command Line Folder

When your application creates a workstation command line (F_WCL folder), it must set the following scalars:

Scalar name Data type Requirement
Name String Required.
Command String Required.
Flags Integer Required.
Platforms Integer Required.
