The Summary property is special in that it can be found by the user interface for special display. The property type attached is PROP_TYPE_SUMMARY. You can attach only one per protocol. The summary property should claim the same data size as the protocol so that when the user clicks on it in the detail window, it correctly highlights the hex data.
