The DB-Library files for Windows have been renamed. The new files are named MSDBLIB3.DLL and MSDBLIB3.LIB. New DB-Library applications for Windows should use these files. The W3DBLIB.DLL and W3DBLIB.LIB files are still provided for backward compatibility with existing applications.
