These values correspond to those user types in the Enter Name and Organization dialog box and the licensing dialog boxes of the setup program.
FullName and Mode are required. If Mode is set to 0 (Per Server), PerServerUsers is required. Orgname and ProductID are optional, although an entry for ProductID is strongly recommended.
