TBM_SETTHUMBLENGTH 
    wParam = (WPARAM) (UINT) iLength; 
    lParam = 0;

Sets the length of the slider in a trackbar. This message is ignored if the trackbar does not have the TBS_FIXEDLENGTH style.

iLength
Length, in pixels, of the slider.
