PathIsURL
BOOL PathIsURL( IN LPCTSTR pszPath );Tests a given string to determine if it conforms to the URL format. This function does not verify that the path points to an existing siteonly that it is a legal URL format.
- Returns TRUE if the path is a valid URL, or FALSE otherwise.
- pszPath
- Address of the URL path to validate.
