HRESULT SetWallpaper(
    LPCWSTR pwszWallpaper,
    DWORD dwReserved
);

Sets the wallpaper for the Active Desktop.

pwszWallpaper
String value containing the file name of the wallpaper to be set.
dwReserved
Reserved. Must be set to zero.
