STDAPI CreateURLBinding(

    IBindCtx *pbc,
    IBinding **ppBdg
);

Creates an IBinding interface associated with the specified URL.

lpszUrl
String value that contains the URL.
pbc
Address of the IBindCtx interface associated with the URL.
ppBdg
Address of a pointer to the IBinding interface that is created.
