IXMLDocument::get_fileModifiedDate
HRESULT IXMLDocument::get_fileModifiedDate(
    BSTR  * p)
Returns the date when the file was last modified.
Returns S_OK if successful. Possible error codes include E_OUTOFMEMORY and E_INVALIDARG.

Address of a string containing the modified date.

This method is not yet implemented.
