Call-center functionality is not implemented for Windows® NT 5 beta 1.
[This is preliminary documentation and subject to change.]
The CallHub object represents a set of related calls, as described earlier in Call Object .
A CallHub object cannot be created directly by an application. A CallHub object is created indirectly when an incoming call is received through TAPI 3.0. as in the preceding code fragment for Call Object.
When an application must monitor calls, it can do so either through the CallHub registering the ITCallHubEventNotification interface on the TAPI object, or through the Call objects by registering the ITCallNotification interface on the Address object.
TAPI 3.0 relies on TAPI service providers to provide the necessary information about calls to implement the CallHub object. Since not all service providers provide this information, and not all hardware supports such tracking, the information available about the other users in the connection may be limited or non-existent.
