The GetCPInfoEx function retrieves information about any valid installed or available code page.

Value | Meaning |
---|---|
CP_ACP | Use the system default ANSI code page. |
CP_MACCP | Use the system default Macintosh code page. |
CP_OEMCP | Use the system default OEM code page. |
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
If the specified code page is not installed or not available, the GetCPInfoEx function sets the last-error value to ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER.
Windows NT: Requires version 5.0 or later.
Windows: Requires Windows 98 or later.
Windows CE: Unsupported.
Header: Declared in winnls.h.
Import Library: Use kernel32.lib.
Unicode: Implemented as Unicode and ANSI versions on Windows NT.
