This document provides an introduction to the Windows NT® next generation Directory Service, including discussions of Directory Service concepts, security, and administration. The migration process for moving from earlier versions of the Windows NT operating system to the next generation Directory Service is described. This document will be of interest to managers, system administrators, and developers who currrently use Windows NT or plan to use Windows NT in the future.
