Microsoft® Access database forms offer great power for displaying and editing data, and provide the user interface for your database applications. Through properties, events, macros, and Microsoft Access Basic code, they can be extended in a variety of ways.

This session discusses tips and techniques for designing forms, and introduces form features available in Microsoft Access 2.0. Many important features of Microsoft Access 2.0 affect form design, allowing you to create more powerful forms for your applications. Along with the sample database, the session also provides implementations of several commonly desired form.

It is assumed that the reader has a basic familiarity with Microsoft Access forms and Form Design, as documented in the Microsoft Access User's Guide.

The sample database used in this session is called AC208.MDB. It contains several database objects that are based on the same tables as NWIND.MDB (the Northwind sample database shipped with Microsoft Access).
