Allows you to customize the way your projects are saved.
Note Application-specific options do not appear in the Options dialog box until the application is loaded into memory. Therefore you may not see the same options you saw during your last session. Once you create a project or use a command that uses a particular application, the options appear in the Options dialog box and remain available as long as the application remains in memory. Common options are available all of the time.
CAUTION Clicking Cancel cancels all of the changes made in the dialog box. If you made changes to more than one category, none of the changes will be saved.
Automatically saves the changes without prompting you when you press F5 or choose the Start command from the Run menu. If you encounter errors when you start building and the building fails, the project will not run nor will it be saved. If you have a new file, the Save As dialog box appears so you can give a name and location for your project.
Always displays a dialog box asking if you want to save the changes to your project when you press F5 or choose the Start command from the Run menu. If you select Yes, the Save As common dialog box appears so you can give a name and location for your project. If you select No, the project runs using the memory image but the changes are not saved.
When you run your project, the development environment runs the memory version and does not save the changes.
Each time you save your solution, displays a dialog for you to indicate where you want the solution file to be saved.
Allows you to customize the number of miscellaneous files you want saved with the solution by typing in a number between 0 and 255. The default is 20.
