Setting Up, Starting, and Quitting the Messages Database

Use the Setup program (SETUP.EXE) located on the Windows NT Resource Kit floppy disks or compact disc (CD) to install the Microsoft Windows NT Messages database on your own computer for individual use or on a network server for shared use.
